Safety Assessment - Fire assessment

Welcome to the S2S industrial fire safety assessment tool. This quick quantitative assessment allows you to make a brief evaluation of the level of fire safety at your facility.

The main objective of this tool is to increase the users' awareness of conditions that affect the industrial fire safety. It is therefore important to really understand the questions and why they are being asked.

The assessment asks 36 questions about conditions that affect fire safety at your industrial facility and buildings. Try to answer as correctly as possible. If you don't know the answer, use the pre-selected choice.

Terms and expressions that are underlined contain hyperlinks to the glossary.

All questions can be connected with one of six categories - see the overall training and assessment chart.

If you need to determine the areas of greatest loss potential in a particular process, you could use the Dow Fire and Explosion Index (FEI).

As safety sometimes has to be scrutinised in great detail, ?SA makes no warranty, expressed or implied, to the users of this assessment tool, and accepts no responsibility for its use.
