Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP)

The term 'SQEP' is now often used in industry to mean 'Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person'.  Competence is thus 'SQEPness'.  Also, the words 'competence' and 'competency' are both used and mean a measure of an employee's knowledge, skill and experience.
