House-keeping

Practices and procedures which ensure the general tidiness and appearance of a facility and addresses minor maintenance in an effective and safe way, thus avoiding gradual deterioration of integrity.

Unorganised workplaces may lead to occupational safety issues (issues related to trips and falls, etc.), while dirty and especially dusty areas may result in the development of dust explosion hazards, etc.

Also the tidiness and maintenance of the office areas and all paperwork could be considered.
