Consequences

Outcomes of an event.

Reference:

A description of what would occur in the event of a hazard occurring, as the effect to the people, plant and/or the environment.

The result of an accident event sequence.

In the reference document, consequences refers to the fire, explosion, release of toxic material, etc. that results from the accident, but not the health effects, economic loss, etc. that is the ultimate result.
